A retired Army officer with a profound commitment to holistic development and a passion for social justice, Dr. Flood has dedicated his career to comprehensively addressing the needs of underserved populations.

Dr. Flood is a seasoned community health worker and an esteemed instructor who believes in the power of education and proactive community engagement to foster substantial and sustainable change. His academic achievements include a Doctorate in Health Administration (DHA), a Master of Science in Criminal Needs, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Leadership. These diverse fields of study have equipped him with the unique ability to understand and tackle the multifaceted nature of social determinants of health and crime.

Currently attending law school at American University, Dr. Flood is deepening his knowledge and skills in legal advocacy to better serve communities and drive systemic change. His approach is synergistic, aiming to build safer, healthier, and more empowered communities through integrated and innovative solutions.

Dr. Flood has assembled a robust and geographically diverse team to aid in this interdisciplinary and holistic journey. Together, they strive to develop a comprehensive healthcare and education program system that benefits marginalized and disadvantaged stakeholders, providing them with the tools and support necessary to thrive.
